The start of a struggle

Our Chairman's struggle in life began when he was just ten years old. He met the hardships of life very early on, and learned the value of work, of producing and of honest labour while still a child. For him, working life was never only a way to earn a living; it was also a way to hold on to life, to build his own future and to overcome every difficulty in his path.

From iron to PVC joinery

Starting his career as an iron joinery craftsman, our Chairman developed himself in many different fields over the years. From welding to PVC joinery, he worked in person at various stages of production and craftsmanship. He saw the dust of the workshop and the fire of the forge alike, and learned on the ground how precious labour is and how a business is grown from its smallest detail upward.

These years gave him far more than a trade. They taught him discipline, patience, human relationships, commerce and, above all, that no success can be won without hard work.

The foundations of Koylum

With the experience, determination and entrepreneurial spirit he gained over the years, he laid the foundations of Koylum Group in the 1990s. Beginning with modest means, this commercial venture grew step by step through bold decisions made at the right time, relationships built on trust and a culture of constant work.

The dreams of a young craftsman who once shaped iron, welded and produced PVC joinery with his own hands turned, in time, into a strong business structure operating across different sectors.

A community of companies

Today, as Koylum Group continues on its path as a community of companies active in many fields, our Chairman likewise carries on the struggle he began years ago as Chairman of the Board of Koylum Group, with the same determination and sense of responsibility.
